Manage your clients
This guide describes client management from the WordPress admin (main workspace). The "My clients" front remains a field complement.
Start here
- Joolweb Sessions Pro → Add Customer.
- Enter name and email.
- Save (or send login details).
Where to add a client?
Recommended — WordPress admin:
Menu Joolweb Sessions Pro → Add Customer
Or Customers → add link at the top of the list
In the field (front):
- My clients page or coach home: Add client button (if your permissions allow)
You must be logged in as a coach or administrator with the create_clients capability.
What information to enter?
- First name, Last name (required)
- Email (required — login identifier and notifications)
- Phone (optional)
Sending login details
On save, you can:
- Add — creates the account without email
- Add and send login details — sends a welcome email with login link (password is never displayed in the interface)
From the client profile, you can resend login details or trigger a reset. See Client profile (admin) and Emails and notifications.
View the client list
| Location | Content |
|---|---|
| Admin → Customers | Full list, search, sort, profile access |
| Front → My clients | Field list with pagination |
| Coach home | Recent clients overview |
Coaches only see their clients (assignment or existing session). The WordPress administrator sees everything.
Client profile
Clicking a client in Customers opens the admin profile (Add Customer page in edit mode).
Tabs:
| Tab | Content |
|---|---|
| Overview | KPIs, coach notes, upcoming / past sessions in cards |
| Programs | Active or completed bundles, New bundle button |
| Finances | KPIs, chart, payment list per session |
| Contact | Contact details and edit form |
Detail: Client profile (admin).
Front profile (field): URL /customer/{id}/ — Summary, Sessions, Finance, Physical tabs (if enabled). See Coach field area.
Edit or delete a client
- Edit: client profile → Contact tab, or Edit link from the list
- Delete: action from the admin list (reserved for authorized users; irreversible)
The client can edit their own profile from the client area.
Number of clients (free version)
The WordPress.org version does not limit the number of clients. You can manage your entire client base on Free.
