WordPress plugin Joolweb Sessions Pro. Unlimited clients. Installs on its own. The Premium add-on is not required.

Clients
Create, edit, delete — no limit. CSV import. Profile: overview, private notes, packages, finances, contact. Login details for the client area.
Sessions
Statuses, location, video, PDFs. Coach notes (hidden from the client). Cancellation within the window you set. Printable HTML receipt after payment.
Packages
Reusable models. 3-step wizard. Pack price or per session. Schedule later (undated slots) — the client can book them on Premium.
Emails
Confirmation, update, documents, cancellation, reminder. Save or Save and notify. .ics file + Google Calendar button. Automatic reminders (e.g. 24 h before).
Finances
Manual statuses: pending / paid / refunded / cancelled. Cash, transfer, cheque — you mark paid. KPIs and per-client totals.
The rest of Free
Admin dashboard, coach mobile home, client area, colors, multi-coach permissions, setup wizard, French interface.

A separate add-on, on top of Free. Lemon Squeezy license. Without a valid license, the site falls back to Free — your data is kept.

Stripe payments

The client pays the session from their area. Paid status via webhook. Emails received (you) / confirmed (them). Manual tracking stays available.
Client booking
Premium
For existing clients with a package to schedule — not anonymous visitors. They pick a slot, you approve or decline. A pending slot is blocked.
iCal calendar
Premium
Private feed: Google Calendar, Apple, Outlook. Import your personal calendar so busy slots aren't offered. No connected-account Google sync in v1.
Branding

Login page: logo + title. Emails: logo, signature, customizable subjects per type.
Body tracking

Body tab on the client profile (admin + field). Measurements, history, chart — toggle in settings.
Export

CSV export of the client list. Import stays free.
