1. What's the difference between the free version and Premium?
The free version (main plugin) lets you manage unlimited clients, sessions, the coach dashboard, client portal, packages and templates, email reminders, calendar, and manual payment tracking. No online Stripe payments, no CSV import, no body measurements (weight, body stats…), and no advanced login page branding.
Premium (add-on) adds online Stripe payments, CSV client import, body measurements to track your clients' physical progress (ideal for fitness coaches), login page branding, advanced email customization, and priority support. You receive ongoing Premium updates.

2. How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can try all Premium features for 14 days. A credit card is required to start the trial; you won't be charged until the 14 days are up (per Lemon Squeezy settings).
You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed. After 14 days, if you haven't canceled, your subscription starts (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose).
3. Where can I get the free version?
For now, download the free version from this site (Lemon Squeezy checkout). Install it like any WordPress plugin, with a setup wizard on activation.
A WordPress.org release is planned: the main plugin will stay free for everyday use, with no client limit. Upgrade to Premium when you need Stripe, CSV import, body measurements, or branding.
4. After buying Premium, how do I activate my license?
You'll receive an email with your license key after purchase. On your WordPress site: go to Settings → Sessions Pro → General tab, « Pro License » section.
Paste your key and click Activate. The plugin switches to Premium mode. License verification runs automatically every day.
5. What happens if my Premium subscription expires or I cancel?
If you cancel or your subscription expires, the plugin reverts to free mode: your clients, sessions, and history stay on your site.
Premium features (online Stripe, CSV import, body measurements, login branding, advanced emails, priority support) are unavailable until the license is active again.
You can renew or reactivate your license anytime to get Premium back.
6. Can I use Sessions Pro on multiple sites?
For now, one Premium license = one WordPress site. If you run multiple sites, you need one license per site.
Multi-site plans may be offered later.
7. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your post-purchase email) or by contacting us.
Your Premium access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for (current month or year). No further charges after cancellation.

9. What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your Sessions Pro subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@sessionspro-app.com with the address used for the purchase; we review each request.
10. Are my data and my clients' data secure?
Sessions Pro installs on your WordPress site: your data (clients, sessions, etc.) stays on your hosting.
Your clients' payments are processed by Stripe; no card data is stored on your site. We don't sell your data.
The plugin uses WordPress roles and security (capabilities, nonces) and supports native GDPR tools (export / erasure).
