Client area

This guide describes the client area on the site front — a dedicated surface for users with the client role.

Access the client area

  1. Site Login page (default slug connexion)

  2. Client account email + password

  3. Automatic redirect to My client area (accueil-client)

Only client accounts see this area. A coach is redirected to coach home (or admin depending on configuration).

Structure: one page, four tabs (+ Physical in Premium)

With the Premium add-on and physical measurements enabled in Settings, a Physical tab lets the client view and update their measurements (weight, body measurements…). See Settings and options.

My sessions

  • Upcoming sessions: date, time, title, location, status
  • Cancel if the window allows (set by the coach, e.g. 48 h before)
  • Pay if Premium + Stripe and session pending payment
  • Shared links and PDF documents attached by the coach

Payments

  • Unpaid sessions with amount
  • Pay button (Premium + Stripe only)
  • Total due

History

  • Past sessions (completed or cancelled)
  • Payment status
  • Printable receipt for paid sessions

My profile

  • Edit first name, last name, email, phone, password
  • Changes are visible to the coach in the client profile

Statistics

Summary cards (depending on configuration):

  • Total / completed sessions
  • Minutes or time spent
  • Next session
  • Total spent

Cancel a session

  • Cancel button on the session card
  • Available only before the minimum window (Settings → General)
  • Beyond that: contact the coach

Cancellation may trigger an email to the client (automatic on the plugin side).

Emails received by the client

Depending on coach actions and settings:

  • Booking confirmation (if the coach notified)
  • Session update (date, location, link)
  • New documents
  • Pre-session reminder (cron)
  • Cancellation
  • Payment confirmation (Premium)

The client does not receive an email on every silent coach save.
