Admin dashboard
The Sessions Pro Dashboard is the coach entry point in the WordPress admin: menu Joolweb Sessions Pro → Dashboard (clicking the main menu also opens this page).
What is the dashboard for?
- View today's sessions
- Spot alerts (recent cancellations, pending amounts)
- Quickly access common actions (client, session, list)
This is the desktop control center; for mobile, use the coach field area.
Main content
Today's sessions
Cards for each session today with:
- Time, client, status (booked, completed, cancelled…)
- Price and associated bundle (if applicable)
- Link to edit the session
If no sessions: message inviting you to enjoy the day or schedule one.
Alerts
Depending on data:
- Pending payment amount (today's or recent sessions)
- Recent cancellations to handle
Shortcuts
From the dashboard or the end of the setup wizard:
- Add Customer — create a client
- New session — new session
- Customers — full list
- Coach area (front) — open coach home in a new tab (field)
WordPress administrator: dashboard scope
Settings → General → option Coach home (administrator):

Useful on multi-coach sites where the administrator should not see everything.
