Timezone

Ideally configured via the Setup wizard (Timezone step). Same as WP Settings → General → Timezone. Impact: sessions, emails, reminders.

Cancellation window (hours)

Minimum time before the session for the client to cancel from their area (12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h).

0 = no limit on the plugin side.

Physical measurements (Premium)

Premium feature: body measurements to track client physical progress (sports coaches, trainers…).

• Enabled: Physical tab on the front client profile (/customer/{id}/)
• Disabled: tab hidden

Email reminders

• Enable / disable automatic reminders
• Delay (e.g. 24 h before the session)
• Cron URL + external setup link (cron-job.org)
• Test reminder sending button (admin)

Coach home (administrator)

Dashboard scope for WP administrators:

• All sessions — all sessions
• Only sessions I created — only sessions created by the logged-in admin

Premium license

Premium add-on activation key: Activate, Deactivate, Verify.

• Customizable subjects per type

Settings authorize types; sending remains explicit on the coach side (Save and notify). See Emails and notifications.

Coach name in email content

Coach name in email content field (coach user meta) to personalize templates.

Sessions Pro → Style (or Style tab)

• Color variables (accent, text, background…) for Sessions Pro pages
