Coaches
Using the calendar
The calendar displays your sessions in a monthly view (previous / next month navigation). FullCalendar interface, reserved for logged-in coaches and administrators on the front.
Where to find it?
Session calendar page (default slug calendrier-seances, shortcode [joolwebsp_calendar]).
Access:
- Link from coach home ("View calendar")
- Site menu (if you added it)
- Direct URL / mobile bookmark
What you see
- Sessions positioned at their date and time
- Colors by status (booked, completed, cancelled…)
- Click an event → detail (client, location, price, status)
Coaches only see their sessions (multi-coach isolation). Administrator sees based on configured scope.
Actions from the calendar
- View / edit a session (modal depending on configuration)
- Time navigation (month)
Full session creation with all fields is more comfortable in admin (Sessions → Add New) or via the coach home modal.
